POSITION: SIT Automation Engineer, Cozy Systems Inc, Cumming, GA
DUTIES: Work with all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and
system testing. Perform System integration, unit and white box testing.
Design and develop detailed test plans and automation test strategy based
on product requirements. Design and develop Automated Test Scripts /
Scenarios using Selenium-Java, AutoIT, Emperix Hammer and TestNG
automation framework. Create custom testing framework using languages
like Python, Java and Ruby. Build TestNG framework for existing
selenium scripts. Execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient
manner. Ensure completeness of the test case coverage, running
automation tests and monitoring results. Collaborate with Product Owners,
Developers and other QA team members as required on acceptance criteria
that need to be tested. Follow and improve the quality of the testing
processes by logging, tracking and verifying defect fixes. Manage releases
by planning regression cycles and producing required quality artifacts.
Keep current with new technologies and incorporate them into testing
process as needed. Create Test Closure Report at the end of the project.
Utilize tools such as Maven and Jenkins to build and deploy. Utilize
database tools such as Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL for back end
testing. Handle Testing and Implementation, RCA, Testing, UAT, Defect
Triage, Hands on End to End Testing, Unix scripting, Defect management,
and develop automation suites. Work assignments may be in various
unanticipated locations throughout the US.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree (or equivalent education) in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field. Five years of
progressive experience in software testing and automation. Working
knowledge of the following: white box and black box testing; Linux or
Unix environment; broad range of test automation frameworks; Selenium
& TestNG framework; Java, API, and Automation Skills; current SDLC
practices of Agile, Behavioral and Test-Driven Development, such as
Lean, Scrum, XP or similar.
